Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy
- Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Refunds:
- Cancellations within the required notice period will receive a full refund or the fee can be applied to a future appointment.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) will be deemed non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
- There is no fee for timely rescheduling.
- Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $30 administrative fee.
Late Arrival Policy
- Any arrival time exceeding 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will result in the appointment concluding at its originally scheduled time.
- Subject to availability, the appointment may be prolonged up to the allotted duration.
- If the appointment requires rescheduling, kindly refer to the guidance outlined under the Rescheduling Policy.
No-Show Policy
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without informing us first, the associated fee will be considered non-refundable.

Limitations of Use
You acknowledge, on behalf of yourself, your users, and any other parties you represent that you will not:
a. Alter, duplicate, create derivative versions of, disassemble, or reverse engineer any materials and software present on this website.
