Deidra is the founder of Howard Arbitration, boasting more than a decade of experience in arbitration, mediation, and family law. Deidra authored Strengthening the Voice of a Child: Allowing Children's Voices and Choices to be Heard in Divorce Mediation, which explores conventions for including minor children in divorce mediations.
